Connecticut sues Best Buy

As I wrote about before, Best Buy got caught creating a scam site to trick consumers into thinking that the prices they saw online were higher than what was in the store.

Now the Hartford Courant is reporting that “Connecticut’s attorney general announced a lawsuit today against Best Buy, accusing the nation’s largest consumer electronics retailer of deceiving customers with in-store computer kiosks and overcharging them.”
