Comments working

Published 5/17/05

I finally decided to enable comments on the site, so you can tell me what an idiot I am in public, instead of just by e-mail. Click on the “Comment!” link after any blog entry to go to a page where you can speak your mind.

Comments had been enabled on the USA Today follow-ups, but a quirk with my anti-comment-spam software had that broken. It should be fixed now.

I would like to thank you for sharing your expertise on flash photography. I have a plethora of questions about using my Mamiya m645 and a Metz 45 CL 1 flash I recently purchased, used. Your page is a great starting point. However, I doubt that you have the time to take a novice on flash photography to a high level of proficiency. If you could, however, point me in the right direction for learning the nomenclature and its interpretation on both camera and flash, I would be grateful. Anything you can recommend would be appreciated.
I hesitate to put forth a loaded query such as this….but….nothing ventured, nothing gained. Tony

Unfortunately, my medium-format experience is *very* limited. My favorite place for good info (you’ve probably already been there) is photo.net. There are a lot of medium-format users there, and I bet they either covered your questions or know where to go.

Well, there’s nothing saying those are mutually exclusive. :)
(But thank you!)

Julie thinks you should enable comments on Sam’s site. Then I can tell you over and over how cute he is.
Get on it. :)
