YouTube uses a frame from the exact center of a video to act as the thumbnail for that video. I was trying to put a single frame of a cute girl as that center frame. Unfortunately, I was off by one frame and didn’t feel like re-rendering and -uploading it. :(

I’m telling ya, the girl (I don’t know her name — I just Googled something like “cute girl”) is *supposed* to be in the exact center of the video, and thus YouTube would make that frame the thumbnail for the clip. I’m guessing I was off by one or two frames, though. Grr.
