Actually, whenever someone “has a plan” I worry that it will include me.
If we’re talking about the Bush administration, it could be turning this country into a secretive dictatorship/theocracy.
If it’s Iraq, Jason, I’m probably like you: I haven’t been able to discern a plan since March 2003.
