Bandwidth back

Published 5/30/07

I got so excited to see I was out of bandwidth for a little while yesterday. I figured the site had gotten so popular that I needed to upgrade to a bigger hosting plan. Sadly, no — it was just a mistake by my ISP.

Oh, well. Guess I’ll have to make some comment about the Mac not being a reflection of the gods’ perfection. That’ll boost traffic.

Someday I will be in Dallas. I will see Dealey Plaza and the mall, and then I will have nothing to do. And I will find you, and I will pelt you with rotten vegetables.

See, I saw the bandwidth exceeded message not long after I posted an article linking back to the kitten pics. “Aha!” thought I, “I have convinced both of my readers to Andrew’s page, where they overloaded the server!” Today, kantor.com, tomorrow slashdot is going down!!!

Unfortunately, it appears two additional readers don’t actually consume that much extra inter-pipe resources. :)
