Brambleton Veterinary Hospital posts

I love WordPress. Is there nothing it can’t do?

Now all my current and future posts about Dr. Linda Jennings DVM and the horrible experience at Brambleton Veterinary Hospital in Roanoke are all in one spot.

So those of you who don’t want to subject your friends and family to the general inanity of this blog can simply point them to http://www.kantor.com/category/brambletonvet.

Cool. That’s the main reason I want to start using WordPress. I can’t figure out how to create sub-sections on Google’s Blogspot

I tell ya, I loved Movable Type, but when I switched to WordPress a whole world opened up for me. It’s way cool to be able to experiment with all sorts of things like allowing post subscriptions, putting Google ads within posts, allowing date-based and subject-based archives….

As a non-programmer, I’m darned impressed.

Do you own your own domain yet?

Emily says:

No, not yet. Now I’m sure every conceivable variation of my name will get snapped up. ;-)

I’m a little bemused by this whole industry that has sprung up around the registration of domain names. I prefer not to play along.

Besides, good names like SnarkyBitch are already taken.
