I’ve seen this game. “Inconvenient” is not a good discriptive word for it. It is gross, not for children at all. And I have no idea why an adult would want to play it…………

I have no interest in playing the game, but the right answer would be to push the arrow through with a red hot poker. This will steralize and cauterize the wound while getting the arrow out. As for least pain - that isn’t the best objective.
