Irony at Sizlopedia
Sizlopedia has a useful post, "One-Click Solutions to Block Ads in Firefox."
"While advertisements are something that keep publishers happy and healthy, they can be pretty annoying to users and readers," it reads. "Some sites are so highly populated with ads that it becomes almost impossible for the site visitors to read the content."
The irony: The Sizlopedia site itself is full of annoying ads. Five are above the fold, including one incredibly annoying blinking one that reads "THIS IS YOUR LUCKY DAY."
Annoying ads, the post points out, turn off readers — "they just leave the site at once."
Yep — once they blog about how annoying it is.
