Besides, most users are accustomed to running Windows, and have accepted the ‘fact’ that ‘Windows just gets slower and slower as it gets old’ so by the time it slows down enough to be horrible they figure they’ll just buy a new one. Feeds the market; keeps the economy churning along. Keeps those donated PCs on their way to churches and then on to the landfills.
try to remove internet explorer from your system and see what happens.
